Account and data deletion.

If you would like to delete your RepBite AI account and associated data, please send a request to:

• Please include the email address associated with your RepBite AI account in your deletion request.
• Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
• Once processed, your account and associated app data will be deleted from active systems where applicable.
• Some information may be retained temporarily if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, backup, or operational purposes.

What gets deleted

• Food, supplement, and workout logs
• Vitals, weight, sleep, and water logs
• Profile information and app preferences
• AI-generated weekly briefs and workout programs
• Cycle tracking data (where applicable)
• Account credentials and authentication data

What may be retained

• Anonymised, de-identified food and nutrition data contributed to the shared RepBite food database — this data has no personally identifiable information attached and cannot be linked back to your account.
• Transaction and payment records where retention is required by applicable law.
• Basic account activity logs retained for fraud prevention and security purposes, deleted within 90 days.
